    Michelsen did quite well , he got a 69 , -1 for the tournament, his putting was very good.

    Ya he is a legend of the game! Serious longevity. To win a major at 50 years old was incredible and surely gives hope to players going forward.

    He has to go down as 1 of the best players of all time in this era anyway.

    Rory makes a birdie, -7 now , 2 off the lead.

    Koepka got a birdie too , he's -1 for the tournament, not out of it!

    I see rory finished on -8. He must have played well on the 2nd nine. Well done to him. What a start for rickie fowler, 3 birdies in the first 3 holes to go to -11.

    It seems that nine is alot easier play than the other 9. Rickie must be playing the easier 9 at the moment as he has 4 birdies, a bogey and a par after 6 holes. He leads by 2 on -11.

    The late starters got the worst of it. Rory is favourite with many of the bookmakers

    I hope rory does win it but a long way to go yet. Its hard to call it at the moment.
