Not a great start for Tommy Fleetwood. 2 over par after the first round. Looks like his super last round at the US Open has affected his form.

Mc ilroy played great golf except putting was not great as he missed several putts that would have seen him a few shots ahead of field. Fleet wood 4pver and won’t make the cut and all I can say about that is tiredness after the us open and travel. Could see yesterday wasn’t really up for it and even his father caddying for him.

Yes Rory is going well. I see Scott Hend Is leading the bmw. I remember when you tip him up at 40/1 in different tournament.

Thought he missed it at 4over but still think he is going through the motions. Ya Hend made me a few quid in a tournament think it was in Maylaia and good golfer too.

Yes I think he will be there or thereabouts come Sunday evening. Another Spaniard, Rafa Cabrera-Bello, might also be worth a bet. McIllroy is the bookies favourite but I would doubt his mentality when it comes to the crunch.
