You don't marry the escort if you chose to book her. It's an exchange of time spent for money and where is she from should be none of anybody's business.
Most foreign escorts lie about their nationality for their own safety or for the fear of discrimination, those factors are a lot more important than a single guy (as you clearly see you are in minority here) questioning their "integrity".
