Probably better not to try to negotiate, some ladies have stated it on profile so I assume they do not like it just ask what you need, and price.
Imagine if girl is getting 100 calls a day and every one starts to negotiate, she would rightly get pissed

You don't want to do that either. We put a lot of time and effort into writing up our profiles (the Independent ones anyway), so we like you to read it and decide if that is what you want. If you turn up and start asking for services that are not available, we're not going to be too happy to be fair. If you leave because we don't do what you want you would be labelled as a time waster.

You're not buying a commodity here, we are people, so best to remember that and assume that the rate is fixed unless you are made an offer. If you say you can't afford a rate, then the sex worker has the choice of letting you go or making an offer, but if you say you don't want to pay their rate, then you are implying they are not worth it. See the difference?

So it is possible to negotiate a rate if the client claims he just hasn't enough money.
    Good to know

You do none of the negotiating, unless you want your chopper bitten off
