Hi frano .... the only argument they have is to PROVE you PAYING for sex & you ADMITTING to it & KNOWING she was an escort, a Garda identifing him/herself has to prove this, plus if theres only one gal. in the appartment etc dis does not constitute a brothel so thats ok (Per-Say), so she could have been some girl you knew & met-up & one-thing-led-to-another etc etc, & dont forget to say "OOoooooo my GOD you mean she's an Escort ... Well F..k me Pink" ( Well no not realy ) ...... then this plus the above becomes an onus on the Gardai to prove otherwise ..... so just basicaly build your story around this theory ... etc etc ... then you become a "Pain In the Ass" & not worth the hassel as they know eitherway your just "Joe Soap" getting his "Whistle Polished" so whats the worst they can get out it, a POSSIBLE fine & a "Booth in the Arse" as they know your not "Tony Sopranno" ...

If you were walking in the street with a lady do you think it would be OK for a guard to stop you and ask you what you were doing together , ,so if you are in a private apartment and anyone asks you what you are doing there then ask THAT person what right have they to question you ,get a piece of paper and start taking the names ( and numbers ) of any guards there ,ask them " have I broken any laws ? " am I under arrest ? " - the " we would just like you to help us with our enquries " line will only help them not you .The guards I believe have the right to ask you your name and address ,they do not have the right to ask you why you are in a private residence ,if you have not been arrested then they have no right ( after establishing you identity ) to detain you so " If I am not under arrest I now wish to leave " if you are then not allowed to leave then that is a bigger problem for them - if effect false arrest - remember you have not broken any law , the " are you married ?" " where do you work ? " lines ( which you do not need to answer ) are used to intimidate you and really any police officer that has to resort to using those kind of tactics are really just showing their poor policing skills

guards are very clever tho.chances are theres more than one in the apartment.i suppose its all about proof with guards.you could just say i met her at the shop and she asked me back to hers.no cash involved..only problem is the escort giving a similiar story although its your word against hers.not that they would hang you out to dry

So say nothing , then they dont have your story is different to her story- the more you try and talk your way out of something like that the deeper the hole you are digging

I was pulled over recently by a guard after leaving an apartment. The advice here is all well and good but when it actually happens you do just shit yourself, now the guard in question turned out to be ok but he sort of advised me that even if you aren't doing anything wrong as such you could still be questioned about pimping or something just to sort of fuck you up and cause you a bit of hassel if you don't co operate

Well I was one step ahead and had a full cover story ready about having replied to an ad for an iPhone for sale. My storey lasted about 5 seconds til the guard saw through it and gave me a look and said, "now we can do this the easy way or the hard way, the easy way you answer a few question here and be on your way, or the hard way, I take you to the station etc etc"
