As much as i'd like to say yes because i don't have many notches when i take the ladies i've seen out of the equation it's a no in my opinion. In my view it's only counted as a notch when you have to work for it. If it was as easy as paying for it for a guy to add a notch then it wouldn't be much to boast about. As we guys do like to do.

Perhaps it depends on what you hold to be of value in your life, particularly how you use/spend your time...
If you choose to spend your time pursuing non-escorts at the pubs and night clubs night after night, spending weekend after weekend in the endless (and mostly fruitless) chase of randomers, then you are free to do so to your hearts (and cocks) content.Even the best of operators out there can't possibly pull night in and night out; chances are, for as much time and effort as you put in, as many ladies as you (try) to chat-up, buy drinks for, maybe get a few phone numbers, get a shift on the dance floor, a true master at the game will be lucky to end up shagging even 15% of the ladies he puts time into. Not a particularly efficient way to spend your time, and definitely not how I like to spend the majority of my own free time. There's plenty of things I'd rather be doing with my time than getting my hopes up, only to be let-down 90% of the time or more...
On the other side of things, it could be argued that since you obviously have to put in the time at work at a job to earn the money you have to pay escorts for their 'time and companionship', that how you then use/spend that money, based on the time you put it at your job, that you've 'earned' what you pay for, even if it is paying for a 'notch' on the proverbial bedpost. If I spend my time to 'earn' the money, then what I choose to do with it shouldn't make that 'notch' count for any less than a 'notch' which was 'earned' any other way; it still costs me my time, which is something I value a great deal more than money.
And besides, can any of you honestly say that years from now, on your deathbeds, thinking back over all the things you did in your life, all the experiences that you had, that you would NOT look back fondly over the gorgeous women you got to spend time with? Wouldn't you fondly glance over from your bed to the bedpost, and happily remember every single one of those 'notches'?Life is too short to worry about what you 'earned' and what you want to convince yourself that you didn't. I hope I'll be able to close my eyes that one last time and remember ALL the ladies I was lucky enough to spend time with, no matter the circumstances which brought us together...
