can't send PM because of duplicate name

Hi, I think a lot of people must have noticed this, but I'm unsure where to report this.
I can't send any PM's to CurvyNina because every time I try to, it gets sent instead to a USER called CurvyNina.

I've tried:
- selecting PM on her escort site profile
- selecting PM on her account profile
- typing out her id in a new message

But every time, the EI system sends the message to the user instead, who appears to not notice, or reply, or I do not know what the matter is with him (or her).
I think the simple thing going on over here is that having unique ID is enforced only for escorts or only for clients.
So a client can register with an ID belonging to any escort, and then she stops receiving PMs.

Any idea how to mitigate this?
