Unfair Review

Review has been upgraded to neutral since last night. Reviewer just left 1 star in each category. Thank you to whoever made the changes.

we do listen and take all feedback seriously.
The star rating has been changed in this instance to neutral as there was no meeting, hence no rating can be scored on location, looks, service etc.

with regards to the "unfair" review system:
the reviews are subjective, per their definition.
this is means that what one person likes, another might not be so keen on. it works both ways.

Myself and my colleagues, we try to make all the necessary checks to the reviews before publishing them.
at the same time we are letting everyone have their say, provided it is done with respect.

Sometimes the escorts might not want to see a client.
it is at her/his discretion. we ought to respect that.

we also respect a punter who feels disappointment, because the lady who he called did not agree to see him.

as long as no one gets to personal or their language too ugly, everyone will have their say.

I would agree that no rating could be scored in this case for the above mentioned categories but in the review in question all categories Accuracy, Location, Appearance, Satisfaction, Value and Experience have received 3 stars

If he never met the lady how can he score on the likes of Appearance never mind Location etc.?

What? We shouldn't be surprised that she now has a third bad review just because she didn't want to meet a client? Seems a tad harsh!

There are 3 options under which a review can be submitted

Completed
We met and service was performed

Failed Booking
Made a booking but we did not meet

No service
We met but no service was performed

Being refused at the point of making a booking is not one of the options.

I think she should have.

If EI are now publishing reviews where an escort has refused to see a guy, I believe is a very big mistake.

I believe it will put all escorts at risk of now feeling they have to see any guy that rings, regardless of how they feel about it, for fear of getting a bad review.

This should not be allowed. We should be allowed to see or refuse who we wish, without fear of a bad review.

I also find it very disrespectful of a reviewer to take offence when refused and to take his revenge by leaving a bad review.

I totally agree. Next they will be allowing negative reviews because the lady didn't answer her phone or was on holidays or something!

If yes, then you need to be aware that you are distinguishing yourself for other moderators by engaging with the established members here in a very proactive and helpful way. Your above post demonstrates this in spades. Is this a new EI policy, or are you just exceptionally good?
