One thing I have noticed in some cases where I see a bad review and I check the reviewer only to see he has submitted a number of negative reviews. He is either very unlucky or extremely hard to please — in such cases to tend to believe it's the latter!

the first one, seems the punter got the rating wrong - we will contact him asking if he would like to change the scores.

With regards to the second one, it falls under the failed booking category, "made a booking but did not meet".
We will shortly amend the options on the review page, where there will be no scores under certain categories for failed / no service reviews.

we do listen and take all feedback seriously.
The star rating has been changed in this instance to neutral as there was no meeting, hence no rating can be scored on location, looks, service etc.

with regards to the "unfair" review system:
the reviews are subjective, per their definition.
this is means that what one person likes, another might not be so keen on. it works both ways.

Myself and my colleagues, we try to make all the necessary checks to the reviews before publishing them.
at the same time we are letting everyone have their say, provided it is done with respect.

Sometimes the escorts might not want to see a client.
it is at her/his discretion. we ought to respect that.

we also respect a punter who feels disappointment, because the lady who he called did not agree to see him.

as long as no one gets to personal or their language too ugly, everyone will have their say.

Yes, I am fairly new to the forums.
Yes, we are in a process of change.

I'd like to think that working together we can and will make things better.
This does not mean that we will get everything right first time, but are keen to learn.
