It's a guess on my part, I've no idea how much I lost. As I said, I was sick the whole time, so no working out, and no weighing myself at the beginning and at the end to measure the difference. All I can say for sure is that I was definitely a bit tighter/thinner around the waist by the end of the 10 days. But that could've been just as much from being ill as from being off sugar...

I don't know if there's any truth to the claim that your penis gets smaller as you lose weight, If anything people say it looks proportionally bigger when you lose the belly fat. I do know the wee lad gets smaller as we age.
Some good enough advice here already so I'm just picking the points I agree with.
Lower the sugar intake, it's the number one culprit. Refined sugars and simple carbs are the enemy.
Become more active. Walking is enough if you do it often.
Whether diet or exercise based choose a pattern that is maintainable long term as short term gains usually backfire.
