Perhaps I judge him harshly because as a fellow geek I expect better from our people but seeing how he could be fair enough to cut through the shit and sort something out, then realising with time he was more concerned with being one of the lads and would and begin to selectively show that 'fairness' was a bit annoying.
How a guy gone come through 3/4th of the time then the next share details of a private phone call the next is beyond me.

If you are new to forums in general it is to easy to piss some off in the heat of the moment in a thread discussion.

And when you want something done or to be treated fair it is a bit hard to have the perception that you where treated reasonably after ripping the the piss out of them on some thread.

A good moderator has:

Empathy, thick skin, inclusiveness, able to sublimate the ego for the good of the forum.
And the ability to not pick up troll bait but be quick to react when the trolls start shitting up the forum.

As for the mods this very day I don't have an issue with thank god in fact any of them for the last few years were ok except...SAMLAD
