A woman has claimed damages after she sent dirty pictures to her teacher. Many organisations think this could be abused? What do you think?

And why is she seeking damages for ?
If she is stupid enough to send pictures to anyone, well then in my eye,s they are there for the General Public
Private pictures stay private.
Doe,s that now mean if I send a picture to my friend of my pet and that person paste,s it all over the media that I can now sue them ?

" WE ARE CONNACHT "
I look forward to the no-win no-fee ads.
Have you been sent a naked picture? Then solicitors Messrs Krook Phee and Sue will handle you case.
Class action against The Sun newspaper.

It's all mental very misleading and the media are at it again
As ever I listen to feedback and will give it a bit of a change...though the principle is correct that you can now claim if you think you have been pressured into it and you feel you have been damaged. It is irrelevant whether it is criminally done, hence the NSPCC are getting involved thinking this is gonna be a cash cow for some teenagers ripping others off!
like where does it end
