Hungarian, apparently is the most difficult language to learn. Arabic, Hindi and Russian have more in common with English than Hungarian has.

Hindi and Russian are Indo European languages as are almost all native European languages. Hungarian arrived with nomadic people settling on the plains of Hungary 12 centuries ago. The Hun part is abit of a misnomer refdrring to the Hunnic tribes in that area, centuries earlier. Hungarian used to be classified as Finno-Ugric.
Arabic is a Semitic language but English has a good few middle ages borrowings from that language as well as lovely modern words like Jihadi, Shaheed, Intifada etc.

Shalom/salaam.
10,000 years of Middle Eastern civilisation and the place is not at peace but rather in pieces.
