I don't know if this was an excuse or a reason.
A few weeks age I made an appointment with an hours notice. Made my way to the general area an phoned again, received further direction and was asked could I wait 20 minutes and phone for apartment number.
I waited 20 minutes and no answer, 10 minutes later I received a text saying that she was on an out-call and was having difficulty getting a taxi back. phoned her again after half an hour and she said she was back but another client was on his way.
