am in the middle of nowhere here..not even a bloody centra here
so I went to the nearby restaurant after traveling and not having time to eat..just to be ignored for 15 minutes while waiting for someone at the restaurant to..i don't know...bring me menu or in any other way acknowledge that am there... so I left..hungry as a wolf
...next think I get a phone call..and I just go and ask: "could you stop at McD and get me a meal?" and ..he did...a Large one and got me an ice cream on top.... life is beautiful again
and well..am not a wine and chocolate type of girl..am whiskey and steak.... or burger one

Same thing has happened to me on a few occasions,so annoying,you were dead right to leave and you can't beat a Mcdonalds now and again.
I'm assuming he got his desert too
