I have heard from one cop that they will be next year concentrating more on this and making arrests, its seems that Stormont is unsettled at the minute and the Justice Minister will be wanting to see some results so the police will have to show they are doing something.Its not good at all

I guess you could interpret that as a nail in the coffin of that law in the North if you want, assuming that's the way it stays.

It's also worth remembering that even if they committed resources to this and actually did try to police it, they wouldn't get too far anyway.
