So how was it today , over there ?


Here : I think near 20degs anyways , took my three Little Ones to a near Island by Ferry , had them run for an hour

of a walk on the sandy river shore (well , my Old Lady mostly just following me with frequent encouragement) ,

get back to Hotel and realise I'd lost my car keys ! : I'm supposed to be going to airport tomorrow (!) ,

then drive cross Continent !! Today's Friday afternoon !! Everything Closes !! : talk about Heart. Drop. I'd say

almost with an audible thump , I just got so shocked / befuddled / lost / discouraged / upset !!!

: Set out to go to Ferry (all the while scouring the grounds for the Key) , and to go back across to the Island

to retrace our earlier steps in hope of finding the key , then thought to go back to Hotel to make calls .

The Lady of the House / manageress looked at me and said : "but it's Friday afternoon" ! -- when I suggested

to call some dealerships ...

Long story short : she called the ferry company , they had A key , I went and waited , and hallelujah , it was MY key .

Oh the relief !!!!



And no , it was not windy today -- atall x
