I'm not actually sure being Independent makes you safer? I mean if I worked for an Agency, at least someone would have a record of where I am and who I am with (or have a number for record) other than myself.

I think there are more than a handful, but that isn't really the point and let's be fair, these people who are not all Independent are not necessarily working under duress or against their will, so apart from having a little less say on who they see and having to hand some of the money back, are they any less safe? Perhaps not and possibly safer.

No pimp ever visited me or tried to get me to work for them. Perhaps they heard how lazy I am at taking bookings? I don't really know how or why this happens to some, as I've never had any problems and touch wood, so far I've never had any abuse other than some verbal over the phone, but I guess being English doesn't make me an easy target and others with english as a second language are going to find it harder to avoid these kind of situations. Either way, there are risks on a daily basis and I was just trying to remind people who seem to have forgotten that it's not all wads of money and houses bought out right in a matter of months. That is more fantasy than reality.

11pm to 7am is a fairly short curfew. That wouldnt bother many people,,,,,,,,,,its not very restrictive.

Please do not discount an escort as truly independent just because she has a security guard or group of girls she regularly tours with.
