Haven't seen it yet but really looking forward to it. Daniel Craig has been the closest so far to Flemming's Bond, I think its his eyes, they've got a touch of the psychopath about them. I'm also glad they stopped trying to humanize Bond, I'm so sick of the remorseful assassin crap that Hollywood keep pumping out.

Was all looking forward to seeing but I have heard a few mediocre reports about it, so i'm probably going to give it a miss. Pity really the last one was one of the best I had seen since the Connery/Moore era.

a film has to be credible to a degree. take the second batman by nolan. its not believeable because its a super hero film, but when you watch it, you say that the things happening in it are credible. its a very good film. another one would be north by northwest by hitchcock

with spectre, given the context of what it is, i found some things a bit ridiculous. sky fall is much better

the review from forbes criticized it. i wouldnt be as tough as them on it. the opening was brilliant, but went downhill from that

Credible and believable are synonyms. If it isn't believable, it can't be credible.

    credible
    ˈkrɛdɪb(ə)l/
    adjective
    able to be believed; convincing.
"few people found his story credible"

In fact one could say the point of Bond is that it is unbelievable, incredible!

On an associated point, have you read any of Andrew Marr's stuff? Now there is an author who mixes the credible and the incredible to an unbelievable degree
