I didn't say local irish families, I said TD'S and many TD's have second homes
And stately homes and palaces.
The Presidents House for example could accommodate many needy people

One of Irelands homeless charity's interviewed a child, and asked what they wanted
The child replied she wanted a home because without a home, she could have no personal possessions, no friends, no privacy

Now that is a real crime of our times
