Leaving escort's apartment last night and corridor was not lit, when going down the stairs i stood on empty bottle and fell and hurt my ankle and back.
I'm very sore today and will be off work now too

Hold it, I only said I tripped on a bottle, never blamed the escorts or never mentioned suing either. I very sore today, sprained ankle too but its my fault and never once tried to lay the blame on anyone else

I once got catapulted over the handles of a motorbike and into the back of a parked car because of a particularly bad pothole. I had to be carted to the hospital in the back of the car that was lucky enough to break my forward momentum. I came back to the scene of my public embarrassment the next day, wearing a nice new plaster-of-paris crash protection unit on one arm (too late) to find a freshly filled in pothole (much too late).

I have the worst sense of direction in the world and I somehow managed to leave a well known escort's apartment through the back entrance, which was not the one I Had arrived through! It took me an age to get my bearings!
I have also cut my shin through hitting it of a ladies bed!

I damaged my car to the tune of €470, I hit huge pothole and took pictures and took them to the county council but was told also they are not responsible anymore as its now considered an Act of God, Was told that the Motor tax which use to fix roads has all gone to Irish Water

What the hell does an Act of God even mean? Would it still be considered an Act of God if after hitting a pothole the driver was forced onto the pavement and mowed down a pedestrian.
