McGregor should beat Aldo. And I think he will surprise many by doing it comfortably. Please god it wont lead to a fight in Croke Park as it would be a an excuse for half of the wannabe-McGregors in this country to shame us and make genuine fans look bad.

95% of McGregor ''fans'' probably weren't even at last weekends UFC event in Dublin and probably wouldn't know anything about MMA outside of McGregor and the UFC. One of Europe's biggest MMA promotions (BAMMA) put on a 20 fight card in the 3 arena a few weeks ago and it wasn't even half full.

I've no problem with bandwagon supporters as they are what drives the sport to the next level but when the same fans are acting like thugs (which McGregor fans invariably do) at MMA events it gives an even worse name to a sport that is already trying to shrug off a negative public image.

Mcgreggor gets so far inside aldos head that Aldo will want to stand and trade as a show if bravado he thinks he has a game plan but it is all out the window with mcgreggor from the first bell.
Mcgreggor knocks Aldo out in under 2 minutes of round 1 with looping left hand.
