I usually have a cat or two around the place. My last one disappeared last Halloween night, should probably post that in the 'Cum in pussy' thread.

I was listening to Newstalk Wednesday morning and they had a researcher on from UCD ( maybe UCC, can't recall now) who has been researching viral and parasitic influence on other lifeforms. Apparently the Toxoplasmosis parasite influences a cats behaviour and makes them seek out humans in order for the parasite to switch host for a certain cycle of its life.

Basically the guy was saying that all evolved lifeforms are just avatars for viruses and parasites. It's just as well I don't have a cat at present.

I've 2 cats & 2 dogs, I thought get small dog, miniature Jack Russel after all I had one that died aged 18 the most placid quite dog you could imagine I lasted 6 months without a dog before getting 2 tiny puppies literally the size of the palm of my hand, they turned out to be the most destructive pet I've ever had. they destroyed the house even eating walls, doors, duvets basically everything even managed to destroy a Kong which are supposed to be indestructible, five years on they're perfect little doggies nice and calm but first 2-3 years were hell, wouldn't know what to do without them now

Female cat is the queen of the house, my little precious gets everything and anything she wants, she sleeps with me every night couldn't imagine life without her, other one is very timid gets on with everyone but has a wiskas habit whatever is in them he's completely addicted but only eats the gravy.

They're all characters and a lot better company than most people

Jesus destroy a Kong??? That's some achievement.....yeah usually small dogs are rough, mine which supposed to be a "fighting dog" was attacked and bit by a small white one

Agreed with your last sentence, very very true
    Good bye Ireland!

I love all animals but I find I'm mostly compatible with cats.
So, I have 2 cats, one just "happen" the other one is my baby.
