Isn't Hooker an Americanism? I see it as a derogatory term, especially in light of the fact that selling sex in America is illegal and the stigma is worse over there. The word prostitute is old and out dated. What I mean by this can be seen in the definition.

I'm pretty sure you have all seen on these very boards that the Escorts on here are completely able to discriminate with reference to who they see and the phrase we often read is, 'As long as you are clean and respectful you should be fine'. Well that is a form of discrimination. If you are not adhering to these basic considerations you will often be rejected. Some are rejected due to their colour, which country they were born in, for their age, for their attitude etc, etc.
So the people (male, female & TV/TS) working here are not prostitutes.
