It's quite possible the 'it' they are referring to is the appointment.
There are a lot of changes to the site that just aren't an improvement, but it's not considered cool to point them out.

To be fair,they have created specific threads for both listing issues and for fixes.
Unfortunately they don't reply to the thread with the problems....and then they dump the messages into another thread with almost 2000 replies so they get buried for once and for all
(Theres still mountains of shite not fixed or improved upon in the new site.......cool or not to comment on)
