Default What are the EI guidelines in identifying fake reviews.

Does anybody here know how EI staff identify fakes? Is there a set EI guideline they use themselves, or do they leave it up to us punters to alert them?

If a punter does think he has identified a fake review/reviewer what parameters should we follow, or what criteria do we need, to ensure we have truly identified same, resulting in a "rat"?

    I'd be interested to know.

I think they have said they don't check. They are just a connector

I see. You wouldn't have a link Dick?

So in effect, every review is posted regardless and up to us to vet, is it?

I'm sure they are working on it, but don't be surprised if they pull some ''new'' rule out of the blue to make themselves look good.

No offence. I actually miss Sam, he would've been all over this thread asap.

All over it, by first removing it to review section, then locking it, and adding a post that the review system is only a guide, it's imperfect but the best we have, we are looking in to making improvements and may be adding them in future....

    I miss him too

Sam is gone, he's history, sleeps with fishes, finito, he is an ex member.

Now you have floki, he's younger, better looking, and he goes with the flow. Big improvement I reckon

Oh and you also have me

From reading the responses from Samlad, and various other moderators, over the years regarding reviews, I have come to the conclusion that they just made it up
as they went along. I have very little faith in the review system as a whole, and would think that less than half the reviews submitted are genuine.

One thing that was claimed as being a facility they had was being able to compare IP addresses, so if several 'members' reviewed from the same IP address,
they would consider those reviewers to be connected(or all the same person), and therefore potentially writing fake reviews for good or bad reasons.

The only way I could be absolutely certain that a review was fake is if the reviewer mentioned something specific about the appointment/location
that I knew was untrue based on my own personal knowledge of the escort's standards. The link below is a thread I started last year about a review
where the reviewer commented on the accuracy of photos and the cleanliness of the escort's apartment.

    https://www.escort-ireland.com/board...taken-Identity

I knew this was completely untrue having met the escort in question on numerous occasions, and also knowing that hygiene & cleanliness are at the
top of her list of priorities. There are some things that, even if the lady is having a bad day herself, will never deviate.

If you consider a review to be fake, you can create a thread in reviews chat, highlighting the reasons why you think it to be so.
As you have been a member nearly as long as myself, I'm sure you already know about that section.

One thing to think about is the possibility that prolific reviewers can stray from the true path of integrity & honesty, as I have
heard from several different escorts about guys looking for discounts for good reviews, and these 'members' would have been
thought of as 'trusted reviewers' - There's a misnomer if ever there was one.

There are a few sites notorious for selling content. That is heavily sexualised pictures of an individual. Funnily the less well known the better. Start up agencies utilise these pics to push their girls (always in on trend poses) which makes it harder for genuine creative independent schools to get ahead.

I don't care what bridges I burn in saying that but that's how it is and it is not to the full time independent schools favour to let it be.
What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔
