Sarah, you should not be seeing posts about the rules as an attack on you. I am one of those posting - I have nothing against you (quite the opposite in fact).

If people watch a running race where one girl crosses the finish line well in front, and the medal is pinned on the girl who came second, people will be shocked and there will be booing. The booing is not against the second-place girl.

If we have misunderstood and they explain properly how the count gives you the title, the problem will go away. It does look as if they have made a mistake, and if so they should act like professionals and fix it.
