    Tá mé dearmad ar mo chuid Gaeilge. áfach, Is cuimhin liom dánta, mar shampla Cuireadh 'annois teacht an Earraigh' agus cinn eile. Cad fút féin?

    You remember the poems because you had to learn them by heart or get the glantóir lobbed at you

    At this stage of my life I do not like the Irish language. The main users are the govt. Depts ( especially on their automated phone systems) and Rte. Of course the ordinary guy uses a cupla focal on holidays as a secret code type thing. So who needs it?

    It separates us from the English, most countries like the Irish!
