The tragedy of history is that we are bound to repeat it.

I'm afraid the Muslims just want to fry us in the fires of a vengeful god though. Bit different.

I do find modern Islam ( oh the irony) a little disappointing when measured against the accomplishments of the moors and such. I've often wondered when I've heard Hitchens, Dalkins et al stating their belief that the Muslim religion nowadays is akin to where Christianity was in the middle of our dark ages, if they're being a tad generous.

A factor I for one hadn't considered until reading this thread.

Well...that's a really interesting thought. Christianity in the 15th and 16th centuries for example, was pretty blood soaked. If we look to history there are always purges and replacements.

They know that once those people are processed they won't stay, England has the most favourable conditions with an EU Visa. Easy to play the matyr with a temporary problem. Unfortunately generations of People died for England and its people to have free healthcare and welfare, generations will die along with that system as its fatally wounded now.

I'm seriously considering emigrating, to be fair. This new world order isn't one I can salute.

    However..to quote Nostradamus

Out of the country of Greater Arabia Shall be born a strong master of Mohammed,
He will enter Europe wearing a blue turban.
He will be the terror of mankind.
    Never more horror.

Here, Nostradamus says that a man from Greater Arabia will lead his forces on an invasion through Europe. This invasion will start a third world war that will be far worse than all the other wars put together. When will all this take place? In one quatrain Nostradamus gives us an exact date in which the war will be well under way.

Gosh, and me. However when you start to scratch the surface of these situations you start to see that perhaps this wasn't a surprise to all. The best way to divide us is to give us a humanitarian problem. Charity begins at home.

Can you imagine moving to Laois? Jeebus. I'd become a fundamentalist.
