Now it seems EU cooperation should be required .

Well , it would most certainly seem that EU has abandoned Hungary in this case , all surrounding borders are closed or

limited , Hungary left to defend its borders (that's EU Borders !!! ) all on its own , and then be very harshly

criticised. I very strongly feel that this is grossly unfair and unproductive .
Could of done it in better ways other that tear gassing poor Infants and Babies... they could of at least taken to women and children in and maybe then the men would of been happy to seen that their families would of been safe and retreat.. But instead they used brutal force!!.. Hungry havent been abandoned at end of the day i cant see UK doing that to refugees..

    I disagree.

Poor infants and babies were used as human shields by the group of men . Period .

The rock throwing etc. went on for hrs before the Hung police force used tear gas at first , then water cannons in an

effort to control the rioting crowd .

A mother or father would not be a part of a rioting for fear for their children / babies.

It was not the parents rioting , it was single men 'borrowing' infants as shields .

And so , how do you suggest any country should / could deal with a group of people who forcibly try to enter a country ,

how to deal with a large number of male people who are willing to use such tactics ?

You think UK wouldn't ? You think Germany wouldn't ? : at the moment those countries are lying down like a

submissive dog at the feet of 'Political Correctness' . Just wait til this mess fully arrives on their doorstep !

: Already Austria , Germany , Croatia , etc. enforcing similar limits as the Hungarians did a week before .
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

Why did they used "brutal" force????

Do you know how many police man were seriously injured, because they were throwing stones to them?? While they tried to protect Schengen boarders, I'm sorry to say but that's a ridiculous statement.....

Btw a family member is a journalist and was working during the civil war in 90's in Yugoslavia, he told me the situation at the Croatian border seriously reminds him to those years!!

PS: sorry haven't seen Steph's post

See my early post, the UN had a role and fuvked it up, too slow, too toothless. The west get rich off supplying guns. This hssnt just suddenly happened, war in Syria has been going on for years but because no oil etc. Nobody cares until we arrive here. I shed no tears for western people bought off easily by governments with cars and big televisions. Should be out marching against the greedy governments

Does the same apply to Iraqis resisting a group of people who forcibly enter their country, not people throwing stones either but people with planes, tanks and drones the very thing which precipitated this current crisis.

    You are getting off-subject x

Let's have a new thread on those very issues .

    I'm game x

What you seem to fail to recognise is that I am literally on the 'frontline' of this ongoing international incident .

I see what you only see (maybe ?) on television . I'm right there !!

I have good friends with properties even nearer the border than mine is !! ; they've spent years of hard work and

tears and blood and sweat to make those little farmhouses into tourist hotspots and B&Bs ; now they (actually

the one single man of that family -- a near 60yo man !) is down there on the front lines , trying to protect his holdings ,

trying to prevent hordes of eating drinking pissing shitting crowds to destroy what he and his family has worked for for

so long , for so hard !!

    Where is your sympathy !??

And I fear for his safety .

What right minded people put their kids in danger like that!!!
Muslims seem to be the only people who use kids as shields to get their own way.
And who do they think they are to demand where they want to live !!!
Under UN rule Asylum Seekers must apply for Asylum in the first country they get to.
It,s obvious they are economic refugee,s
