Not scare mongering,but there has been a lot more talk recently about the right for people to have access to info if there is a "sex offender" in their area......so if the law allows for you to be entered onto a similar list its game over!

I know if you were caught with someone underage/trafficked there could be different charges brought....but if you are caught with someone who is none of the above what is the story?
