To be fair, it depends what town/city you're in. From how you describe your experience, it sounds like Manchester and possible Yorkshire or Merseyside. And more of a sauna / parlour environment, rather than agency.

When over there I found the girls in Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle to be great sports, down to earth and friendly while those in London were the complete opposite and would go through you for a short cut

hated working in London. snotty nose up bitches, people climbing over one another. Now Newcastle and durham much friendly, great craic.
