Urgent could be if a loved one has passed on to the next life, or a realisation on something in ones personal life, or a treat for having a hard few months, achieving a goal in life etc etc etc
Because of the endorphins released while getting a tattoo some people can experience a nice sensation and a clearing of their mind.
People often need a cigarette or drink urgent so why not a tattoo.

Don't do it ! It is nearly impossible to reverse later, when you wont want them.
