Puma's finish with a flourish and score a try, but the boks win the 3rd place play off 24-13. Overall a good tournament for the puma's though.

Really looked like two tired teams....hard to blame them after the intensity of the tournament ..Soccer players could really take a leaf outta their book.

All Blacks are slight favourites, I suppose.

Minutes away now from World Cup final. Dan Carter's last match. I fancy the All Blacks to win and so retain the World Cup they won in 2011.
Hope it is a better game than the Bronze match last night.

Well done New Zealand. Very hard to retain a World Cup. The Aussies made a good game of it by coming back in second half. But when they got within 4 the All Blacks came back.

I taught the Aussies might do it, but the fact is the Newzealand peaked at the right time and Australia probably peaked in the English game.

Came back when the blacks were down a man.stil, the two best teams were in the final and it was a decent contest.

Well so much for my prediction for the Final. The All Blacks were definitely the best team on the day and indeed throughout the whole tournament. They are already favourites for the next World Cup in Japan in 2019 and on current form they look very good for three in a row.
