Ladies that are hard to contact

There are some ladies that are very hard to see, as they never answer the phone or (as Tom Ramming says, don't answer pm's)

One of these ladies for me, is Ebony Wanda. I've had my eye on this beauty for some time and the one time I got through to her on the phone.
I had left a message on her voicemail and sent her a text, but for some reason, no reply

Any tips on how to see her? Is she generally hard to see. I know she isn't touring at the moment.
