If they don't answer a pm or phone call move on to the next escort.

No Tom I read what you wrote. Yes I agree that it is nice and polite to say hello back. However whether that happens or not is up to the individual themselves.

isnt there a time delay thingy , she may not of been online at all ,

with the new layout its even harder to be alerted to notifications x

It's kind of rude to just PM. I prefer a call. After that, no worries on the booking by PM. I also don't bother answering anything that says baby, bbe, how are you (and nothing else). It cheers me up no end.
