On your second question, I think it would make the site confusing if advertisers could make up new categories for themselves. I wondered if there might be room for one more - perhaps "Companion" - to advertise platonic escort services, but I imagine that anyone wanting to offer such services would probably want to avoid this site.
BTW, I always thought it is a bit of a laugh to see "XYZ charges for their time and companionship only" beside a list of favourites that boggles the imagination.
