The 4 picture in width is the best option.
Easy to see anything that takes your interest and then you just click to delve further into the profile.
Why have 2 wide when you then have to keep scrolling up and down to find someone that takes your eye?

Client reviews are listed the other(crazy) way around,with the oldest first and newest last

Within minutes of usng the new site I want to throw my tablet at the wall. Such a frustrating experience trying to get around it. If there are alternatives I would be glad of a pm please.

I'm not that interested in giving specific feedback because I think the website has been designed and built without any thought or fit for purpose. I'm a very technically savvy person and I can honestly say I haven't used a newly designed website that is so behind the curve. I have already said it looks like it was designed by a web engineer working in the 80's.
I find it laughable that for a website most people want to browse as discreetly as possible you have decided to add as many bells and whistles as possible to draw attention. The huge photos are a massive mistake. The profiles are so gerishly big that the make the information unreadable and hard to assimilate.
It is a working clusterfuck that you have had a massively negative reaction towards. People don't want you to fix specific issues but rather that the new site didn't exsist.
