Thank you for your comments, both positive and negative.

We will continue to take on-board feedback and we will discuss ways in which to improve the site further based on some of the comments we have seen. As with any process we are now at step one of a long term project to provide the website that we were asked for by our advertisers and customers. Any successful site will listen to its customers and should be able to tell the difference between a temporary gripe and a major problem.

From the various threads my summary of your thoughts are as follows:


We want the old version back: Please use the link in the top bar of the website if you would like to continue using the old style template. It wont be around forever but we hope that it takes away any discomfort for the initial period.

Reviews; whilst carrying a lot more detail (which is sometimes good) is too cluttered and does not give enough “weight” to escorts with more reviews.
You have suggested that the number of reviews obtained to get to that rating is important information and should be made clearer.

Verification: There is not enough clearly visible information to show a verified versus non verified advertiser in certain areas. Something that gives you more instant awareness of the image status would be very valuable as a customer.

Searching: “Right Click” to open several browsers is something many people want, that’s very clear.

Maps & Safety

The perception of maps is that they are too detailed and therefore put escorts at risk.

Although the data we use IS randomized and not accurate to street level (we don’t even have this data), the idea that “even a broken watch is right twice a day” stands here and even the odd occasion where the map is accidentally accurate it can cause discomfort for advertisers.

We have however had a lot of positively around the idea of the maps, but there are some comments that need to be given respect and we will discuss how to best deal with any worries raised.

We are currently building a feature to allow escorts to remove themselves from the map. This will be pushed out in the first set of updates.


Escorts Dashboard

That you for your feedback in this area. The way in which advertisers can manage their adverts is now nothing like before following years of feedback. Yes it is different, but we have provided something that we have been told people need, which is the ability to manage their adverts and business without needing Ad Staff. Being able to go to the front page 24/7 is something advertisers seem to very much like.

You will no longer be left with the same results from 6pm -> 10am the next morning, giving you lots of reasons to keep coming back.

“Seeking Services” Dashboard

We will keep building on this, but favorites and reviews information is still found here, in fact it is now much easier to find things and we can begin to personalise the experience based on what each visitor wants.


This is step one, there may be hundreds of step but this will take a little time. It will be worth it.


Summary: I will now take the above feedback to the table and we will see what needs to be done, nothing will be ignored – but obviously we will try to choose which areas feedback will drive any changes.

If you are stuck, find something that worries you, or just want to give feedback then please keep it coming in. Advertisers and visitors are the reason we have made these changes and we will keep taking on feedback as we have for many years.

We receive millions of visitors each month, the forums are only a small snapshot of overall feedback, so we will take feedback onboard from all sources. We won't be able to please all of the people, all of the time but we will do our best to make small changes to improve everyones personal experience.

The old site may have looked the same but it evolved a lot in 10 years because of feedback, this version will be just the same.

its hardly costing you money.
the site is easy to use in my opinion ,you would want to be a computer retard to not be able to find what you want.
also their is an option to use the old format so people need to stop complaining

They had all this shite the last time they tried rolling it out and it took ages to get the "old way" option put back in.
This new layout is way too busy and options are all over the place.

This time however "Devteam" are keeping a low profile.

So I was browsing the new site...didn't really like it but what the heck life moves on...

Then wham...looking at my old reviews up comes photos of girls I was in years ago..all of whom have moved on in life..3 of whom are married with kids...wtf...it's outrageous that these girls privacy is invaded like this...and for what purpose?

When I saw this I had to see it to believe it, and sure enough, there in my reviews are the old profile pics of the very first ladies I reviewed when I originally became a member of the site. Most of those ladies were in Ireland for a short time and haven't been back since. We're talking about 6-8 years for some of them...

It's too complicated, and also I work in an office, and always used incognito option, but can't use that any longer. Don't understand the rationale behind that. Maybe its a glitch. The other was less intrusive on screen etc., this one takes it all up.

Long Time User and non-existent poster but now I really do feel the need.

Firstly I must admit that I made a mistake when voting in this poll. I accidentally clicked on LIKE.......I Really Do NOT LIKE!

The new site is over-engineered and much too complicated in both the desktop and mobile version. The layout means it take much longer to get where you want and to find what you are looking for. The previous location search was much easier as was the review listings giving you a quick insight to overall reviews by simply scrolling over to see red tags. The new site has too many pages and clicks and in my opinion has drastically over-complicated the process. As a punter this may impact my punting ability. Let's hope it does not have a negative affect the business of the ladies! From my own point of view I could easily see myself getting bogged down in the new website leading to such frustration that I give up. I hope the Dev team take on board the general consensus of all of us users posting today and reconsider re-instating what was an easy to use and very effective original website which was fantastically fit for purpose.

press refresh a few times, then if still confused/blind press it again another...6 times, finally (for shits and giggles) press it another four times well why not

if youre lucky, the penny will drop after about 5 refreshes, but I wont hold my breath

after you have comprehended the non issue then entrol the escorts with the uncalm tits who have posted on this thread (and others) into a special tutorial 'refresh and "oh I see now!" ' then move onto other clients with the same difficulties, in fact start a group and have a wank about it every wednesday

I knew that. Still maps should be not on the site. Ladies and gents have enough shit to put up with it without further crap piled on top.

As has been said already security, safety and discretion are paramount for everybody.
