I think the new website is a disaster. Hard to find your way around, and if my straw poll of one is anything to go by, then punters are not finding what they are looking for, and thinking "oh fuck it" (though not literally, unfortunately) and going down the pub instead (or watching porn, or enjoying their blow up doll, or grabbing the nearest sheep - yes Tom, you!)
