The review list is the main issue I can find. The old review list was a lot easier to follow, it was instantly easy to see the positive, negative and N/A reviews in a concise list. The new one is far more convoluted to navigate.

The other thing is the "My Reviews" list, why does it only show 10 and not more (if you have them)?

Also, the map what's the point of it? If the locations are supposed to be approximate.

This is day 1 of the map, escorts can choose to not show on the map if they prefer, and as it evolves they can choose to provide their exact location.

We have taken the reviews list comments on board and will endevour to improve this feature in the next coming days/weeks.

This may have been said before.

But I don't see a link between an escorts advert and their profile. I check a few that I know did have it. ( if it is there, it is not obvious)

Hence making it difficult for PM's etc

A thumbs down from me. I've no problem with change, if it's for the better, but this whole thing smacks of change for the sake of it. The ease of use and navigation on the old site was why I visited so often. The new layout is cumbersome and difficult to find the info I need quickly. I need to see who's arriving in Dublin today, their location, number of reviews etc - and I need to see it quickly. If I'm interested, I can delve further. The old site satisfied these requirements perfectly. Call me old fashioned, but surely a website upgrade should aim to make things easier for the end user, by allowing them to find what they need quickly with the minimum of clicks, but with enough additional info in the background if they want to delve further.

Now I have to work harder to find what I might be interested in. I haven't looked at another escort site in 5 years or more, but I fear I may have to start searching again. Great news for any competitors out there, but hopefully EI will take some of these comments on board and do something. The old site only needed a 10%-20% upgrade to make it more streamlined, not a 100% rebuild. Now to Google to see what else is out there...

It was a long day, we began maintenance 26.5 hours ago, we have a team of 11 IT, some have been working in shifts, some have had a 2 hour nap in the afternoon.

We actually done 6 of these last night. We have staff working through the night again tonight.
