Projects overrun. Completion dates are missed. Final costs double or sometimes treble. Even when projects are launched there are adjustments to be made.
It is not a surprise that it didn't happen as expected. It will happen sometime but then it will have already become old and tattered. Continous improvement is good. A big splash is just that a big splash.
