Thread: It is illegal

  1. #91

    Default ladies!!! behave!

    ladies!

a bit of behaviour here... no need for calling names and being abusive!

Anita, socialism should oblige you to respect others for what they are... and to be blunt, your 'experience' with police is putting off punters who are not looking for troubles while having sex with sex workers...

two sex workers have been busted in a hotel using them to make money and probably turning on them as the pressure is high at the moment, the police trying to stop gangs and brothels all over Ireland... By the way, the hotel manager is de facto a pimp as making money knowing you are selling sexual services, illegal in ireland.

so, go back to spain as your activity is legal in places in spain... or go where it is legal...

otherwise, understand that it is not and yes, you risk to be arrested and prosecuted on several charges... most of the time, you will be sent to where you come from, at your charge, with your names and all given to your country of destination local police... there, depending on the law, they may or not charge you...

now, you make more money here, so you came here and stayed... ripping off people with high fees (you can while the activity is illegal here)...

so accept the risks, otherwise, get a legitimate job!

CARMEN AND MALENA... meditate on this: the difference between beauty and being ugly, is that being ugly is forever...

    good luck!

I used the term 'suspened sentence', which I received for a year, in NOVEMBER 07:rolleyes so techniquely, I don't have any problems with the Guards because I don't hide from or LIE to them. In both my cases, I pleaded GUILTY because:If I plead guilty, clients aren't dragged into court to give evidence against me AND
Don't do the CRIME, if you can't do the TIME.

and why are their ads worded so carefully so as to imply that monies exchanged are for the escort's time alone and anything that happens during that time is a matter of coincidence and choice between consenting adults?

not to mention the regular topic in the media regarding the arguments for and against the legalisation of prostitution? how could something that is already 'legal' require legalisation?

and why have punters been skulking around for years?
and why is the first punt such a big step to take if it is not illegal?

maybe its just the sceptic in me, but i'm not so sure that anyone claiming that what carmen and malena do is legal would be happy to make their transaction in front of the guards?

I would presume it is to protect Patricia as much as anything if she was to allow girls to sell sex then she may be viewed as living off immoral earnings

There is no specific law about someone selling sex there are laws about soliciting and pimping running brothels etc.

Hence Independents are OK the former Minister for Justice McDowell said this himself in a radio interview whilst he was Justice Minister

Protect Patricia? But Patricia would be the one targeted under these laws...

I think maybe it's because if "women's rights" groups etc. knew it was legal they would try to get it criminalised. Maybe some people in "women's rights" movements know it's legal, however it's so vague and everyone acts like it's illegal that they don't bother trying to pass it.

It's so easy to get people in the laws surrounding prostitution, that's why people deny there is any prostitution I guess.

    .

    Why are you confused

If they are selling time and companionship that is not illegal if they are selling sex and paying Patricia to advertise that for them that could be viewed as Patricia living off immoral earnings.

    Hence they don't sell sex.

Not because the act itself is illegal but the advertising of it might be.
