Shooting prisoners of war consists a war crime as per Geneva Convention and Hague Conventions.

Though shooting spies/terrorists/partisans is a different thing.

The I.D.F. (Israel Defence Forces) have conscripted women from the early days of the Israeli state and have had them in combat roles from early on....due to their relatively small population and perceived large number of antagonistic states surrounding them.
I think Orthodox Jews are allowed to opt out of this conscription, which I always found a little bizarre. ...thinking that they should be even more exercised about defending their homeland, but it may be a factor of their political clout.
The Americans only allowed women in combat roles a few years ago.

As far as I know Israel just recently changed the rules and also conscription among the Orthodox is enforced.

Israel was not only Jewish 2000 years ago but had also after the Roman expelled a lot of the population still and consistently a Jewish population as well till into modern times.
Apartheid? Israeli Arabs have much more rights in Israel than any Arab in any Arab country! They are running businesses, can vote and are voted into the Knesset. The only "discrimination" is that there is no conscription for Arabs (though they can volunteer).

Your claim sounds like I would claim that the Irish state is occupying / had stolen British territory - its the same "logic" in my opinion.

Does One mean "Shooting At" them? or "Shooting In" them?.. One does feel The latter to be a preference. However, One wud fear that they mite enjoy being constrained and violated, in a nice way. Must look in lists of favs of my girls. . LOL.
