So my question is simple should the bullies be banned or their bulling post be removed from the threads or should the threads be deleted here on EI, what do you think is the fair and correct way EI should handle situation such as this?

The bullying has been going no as long as I have been on these forums. I have been attacked in the past on a couple of occasions, once it actually jumped forums onto an other forum that I don't even frequent

I dealt with each attack in my own way and have never been banned. I don't take this bullying serious as it is an internet forum and I can walk away from it and on one is going to follow me.

Having said that, if an escort is getting bullied then that is harder to deal with on their own. They do need to take it seriously.

It is usually the same group of individuals who do the bullying along with their loyal cronies. The mods know who these people are but seem either helpless or afraid to stamp it out.

One major problem I see is that there are usually no staff mods around in the evening — the time most people are online and the time most of the bullying takes place. The first they see of it is when they rock into the office at 10am the following day by which time armageddon has taken place.

On other forums that I hang out on if such instances of bullying crops up it is normal for the bully to get an infraction and their post deleted. I'd rather see posts being deleted rather than the entire thread. This does become labour intensive when a thread goes over 20 pages, one of the reasons if staff were around when the bullying kicked off they could nip it in the bud and we could move on.

So, what I'd like to see is:

• Staff mods on the forums in the eveings
• Posts deleted rather than the entire thread
• The bullys getting an infraction each time they are seen bullying leading to a ban

One of the main problems is not the absence of moderators but the fact that the majority left posting are whiny little bitches who post in a passive aggressive manner.
LVT starts a thread about bullies and doesn’t have the gumption to name these bullies of hers. Sophie X replies about that lot rating threads but doesn’t name anyone either. Everyone else posts some shit that they think might make them look good and be popular.
