    Default Boyfriends of escorts

    If an escort has a boyfriend (which they mostly do.)
    and if this boyfriend does not work or earn money in anyway but simply lives off the money she makes-is he a pimp?
    or just a lazy guy who doesn't mind his girlfriend sleeping with other men?
    and technicaly,legally, that is,is he not guilty of "living off the proceeds of prostitution" as the law says?
