I don't want to come over as heavy, but...

You are buying a service, just as you might from a dentist or an accountant. What that service includes is up to the provider, not to you. And just like dentists and accountants, you are dealing with real people. Real people have needs and wants, and dislikes. And real people can be talked to; and can refuse to do things they aren't happy with. Remember, despite what TORL and the rest of them say, you are NOT buying a piece of meat, to do with as you will, you are paying for a service.

So, just ask your provider what's on the menu and what isn't; and accept what you are told.

What's difficult about that?
