What does she mean by 'still have her working face on'? Does she think that we never have 'me' time or just go out for the fun of it and relax? It's a bit like saying you would go out with a surgeon, but you would be worried that they still have their scrubs on.
I find it sad that even after acknowledging that she had things in common with Charlotte, she still couldn't see her as a regular person. Seems it really isn't possible to disconnect from what you do in people's eyes. Some people even think that it's not possible to stop doing it, even if you want to. Which I find odd, as I've done other jobs before and never felt the need to do it again. I've moved on and grown and developed and I continue to do that, so when I decide it is time to change jobs, that will be my future. I won't be looking back and wishing I was in my past again.
