For me as with everything in life its about balance, too much aint nice IMO & if you are going all out up top dont forget your legs.

So many guys seem to forget they have legs and just work on the upper body and then they think they look perfect when in-fact they look like look like men on little boys legs, I just don't get why this happens. If they are so into building the perfect body you need symmetry and proportion.
