    and you could also lose the will to live very quickly too. I love my spuds and meat too much

    It's not a diet I would recommend, but he seemed more interested in the wine than the food.

    I find M&S is good for diets if you like your meat and 2 veg kind of thing. They have these cute little meals which are relatively low calorie and make calorie counting a doddle.
